County General.

And I don't care who would treat me in the ER, as long as Dubenko was my surgeon.

Hey, this writer's block stuff is fun!

The only thing that could get me excited about ER again.

Is it January 3 yet?

The only thing that sucks about this is that the only people in the ER who are going to know her are the nurses who stuck through the walk-out/Romano's mass firing three or four seasons ago.

...

My muses want a Tin Man/Heroes crossover in which Molly winds up in the O.Z. I think they're insane.

I actually walked out on ER tonight. I hate the storylines where the babies get hurt. I couldn't stand to watch the episode where Ella Greene accidentally overdosed, and this was almost exactly like that episode. Not even the subplot with Gates taking the terminially ill kid to Wrigley Field for a game was incentive enough to stay.

And CBS was airing Viva Laughlain instead of Without a Trace, so there was nothing decent to change the channel to.

But on the bright side, Most Haunted Live tomorrow!

Thing 1: Is anyone besides me wanting to smack Dubenko upside the head and tell him its bad manners to flaunt your new Sub-I in front of your old one?

Thing 2: No new eps until April 21st?!? What kind of BS is that? Again, thank God for RP.

Finale reactions lj-cut for your phobias.

CSI Finale )

E.R. Season Finale )

I don't know how I'm going to make it through the summer.

Fortunately there's always TM RP...

ETA: *grrs* How many times does it have to be said, people? There is NO new episode of Avatar airing tomorrow night on Nick! They're showing another stupid FOP hour-long special instead. You'll just have to wait until next week (uness the ep is up early on iTunes again). Would it hurt you to go back a few pages in the comm and see if anyone else has asked the same question? Odds are, it'd pop up at least once on every page.

So, Mom took the van down to the dealer/mechanic because it was misfiring on her. When she went to go pick it up, the van was sitting out on the lot with the keys inside. When Mom asked the desk lady about it the lady said something to the effect of, "Oh, we leave the keys in all of the new cars on the lot." Mom wasn't too happy because this wasn't any "new" car; this was her car. And just what do these people plan to do in the event that someone just walks up and drives off with one of these cars? Run after them, screaming for them to stop?

What a bunch of morons. Makes me glad we didn't buy my Saturn from them.

CSI tonight...Mom and I almost busted a gut between us laughing at Greg's "film noir" flashback to the crime scene. Sara's little asides were great, too ("They didn't..."). And hallelujah, Nick finally cut his hair!

ER...I dislike watching this show with my mom for one reason and one reason only - I read spoilers, and she doesn't. You have no idea how close I was to blurting out what Ray's "news" to Neela pretty much was.

No Leland in tonight's ER.

Fortunately next week's episode should more than make up for it. ^__^

Dubenko got a mention in this episode, but sadly did not appear.

However, the last minute and a half helps make up for it. "The Hug that Stopped Traffic".

Hee!

He cut his hair! He freaking went and cut his hair!

Seriously, I almost did a double-take when I saw Leland without the curls. On the monitor screen it almost looked like it was a short buzz cut like he had for Alien Ressurection, but once he came down to the ER it was a bit thicker than that. I'm thinking about the length it was for Pearl Harbor. Wonder what made him go and get rid of the curls, though?

Haircut aside, how cool was it to see Dubenko actually performing surgery, though? I think it's the first time since he started on the show that he's done a procedure. And, "Sorry about your floor"...*snigger*

And I'm using my Abby/Dubenko icon in defiance of the last three or so minutes of tonight's episode.

ETA: Also...Nick Stokes, with a mustache? No. S'not happenin'. I'm serious, they had better make him shave that puppy because it's not doing a thing. The first thought I had when I saw it was, "what, are they pulling a Hunnicutt?"

Robo-Dubenko was...amusing, to say the least. To say the most, that robot looked like a webcam and a flatscreen computer monitor mounted on top of a mobile water softener.

However, I just about died when they played Lime in the Coconut while Abby and Neela were treating little Darwin. Just died.

Also, Dubenko in the rain, with wet hair...I think I need an icon of that.

CSI:
Okay, the opening shot of the whole team walking towards the burning, gutted trailer? So awesome. It needs to be capped and turned into wallpaper. Or a header for a webpage or an LJ community or...something cool like that.

Poor Catherine. Everyone is congratulating Warrick on his newly acquired married status, and she looks like she just got sucker punched in the gut. Even three-quarters of the way through the episode you could tell she was still reeling from the news. Loved Nick ragging on Warrick about it; "condemning his elopment", indeed.

"Flying car vs. trailer, through and through" - the look on Nick's face when Grissom came up with that theory was priceless. As was the drunken suspect attempting to flee after he admitted to what happened, although he was also kind of pitiful.

And how gross was Sarah and Greg's case? The whole time I was reminded of this fic, even though the fic scenario wasn't exactly the same.

Finally - loved Grissom with his baseball cap on backwards, loved him even more with the straw hat.

ER:
First thing's first, the new actor playing Alex Taggart. Mom and I are both in agreement - Oliver Davis never should have been replaced. The kid playing him in tonight's episode didn't look like he fit the part and his acting was too wooden.

Secondly, I know I shouldn't find this funny but...Neela made her intern cry. *tries to stifle laughter* I'm not laughing; seriously, I'm not. *snerks* she made him cry!

I've said it before, but it bears repeating - Morris is NOT fit for the job of Chief Resident! Honestly, going to bed and leaving the on-call resident and her interns alone while the board is swamped? And then trying to use them as scapegoats to cover your ass? Thank God Susan and Pratt aren't as naive as Morris was apparently hoping they'd be.

And finally, I am not pleased with the lack of Dubenko in this episode. Nope, not pleased at all.
