Latest news from The Pit: Copying and pasting the complete lyrics of a song into a fic is now a no-no and grounds to get your account yanked. I predict wank storms all across the board for the next few weeks asbadfanfic writers whine, throw fits, stamp their feet along with the requisite "It's Xing's site/post somewhere else if you don't like it" arguments from the sane people.
On the homefront I've already pulled my one and only song-fic, a PR fic that I'd been hemming and hawing over whether or not to remove it. I don't think I'm going to rewrite it. Other than that, my account should be safe.
