-One of the ten Marines killed in the bomb explosion in Fallujah Thursday was from my hometown. He'd only been in Iraq for not quite six months, and was supposed to be coming home in the near future. I didn't know him, but he graduated a year after my brother and one of my co-workers at the library said she'd had him in her storyhour group when he was in preschool. All flags in town are going to be flown at half-staff for the remainder of the month in honor of him.

-Snow! Whee! (except when I have to brush it off of my car, but still...whee!)

-Michael Rosenbaum voicing Kid Flash on Teen Titans last night...awesome.

-On the other hand, thanks to my mad VCR programming skillz (not) I missed yesterday morning's episode of TMNT. And it had Usagi and Gen in it. In New York, no less. *sighs* Anyone know where I can get torrents?
