Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing. Etc.
Lee Shiuchon/Bon Chance Louie: Um...maybe if Shiuchon were older, and then it wouldn't be too serious ('cause Louie hasn't had a steady, serious relationship since Monique). But at her age during the show? No way, jose.
4th Doctor/Daisuke: Tom!Doc probably wouldn't want to take Daisuke on as a traveling companion; probably would remind him a bit too much of Harry Sullivan.
Hay Lin/Raven: Cartoon-verse? A slim maybe. Comics-verse? No way in hell.
Finding Nemo Seagulls/Harpo Marx: bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Howler/Bright Eyes: *sighs* Lovely OTP-ness...
Fiyero/Elphaba: OTP-ness again! Wheeeee!
Glinda/Cabaret Emcee: Hmm. Well, considering its Joel Gray's Emcee in my icon as compared to Adrian Brody's...eh, not much chances of that.
Wizard(Wicked)/Luna Lovegood: He's old enough to be her grandfather. Although Luna in Oz...? *beats back muses*
Numbuh One/Zanna(Zanna, Don't!): Nuh-uh. These two are way to focused on their respective jobs.
Mimou(from the Young Blades episode 'Enchanted')/Ruki: Their personalities are alike, so I can see them becoming friends in some odd parallel universe, if nothing else.
Schmendrick/Dubenko: ...ow. I think my brain just broke.
Abby/Jenrya: Um, no?
Nani/Lilo: No! No! Make it go away!
Mertle(from Lilo & Stitch)/Statler: She could be his fourth wife...he'd certainly live long enough for her to grow up.
Waldorf/Molly Grue: that would be an ugly relationship, and I'm not talking physical appearances either.
Chihiro/Haku: More OTP-ness! *squee*
Sam/Rosie: And yet another OTP!
Kira/Jen: That makes five OTPs so far...
Wizardmon/Tailmon: Six OTPs...I'm beginning to think I should have written the list a bit differently...

...I think the main lesson here is that I've got too many damned icons (and I haven't even filled up my quota yet).
