Well, there's always the tried andnot-so true resolution of exercising more and losing weight. I haven't had much luck with that in the past so I'm not holding out much hope for 2009 being the year all of that changes.
I'd also love to find a better way to manage by temper, as I tend to physically take my frustrations out on inanimate objects. It's a wonder I haven't up and damaged something by now.
