Have figured out how to convert and transfer fanfiction to my NookColor.

This thing has officially Taken a Level in Badass Awesome!

Will the same process work for a regular Nook? If so, how did you do it?

It should. I use a program called Calibre to convert .html or .txt files to .epub files, which will work on just about any e-reader. And I've been using FicSavers to save multi-chapter works from FF.Net into one .html file.
