Hands down, Media Play/Suncoast/Sam Goody. Outside of Best Buy, Media Play and Suncoast had the best selection of anime DVDs and videos that I've seen. Barnes & Nobles' anime section is practically non-existent (unless it's Miyazaki and then more often than not that's in the kids' section), and I don't get over to Borders often enough to gauge. Suncoast was where I first started collecting comics, and also where I knew I could find the current issue of Animerica magazine.
