Writer's Block: Little Women

Definitely in the Jo camp. And to be more specific, I'm in the "Jo/Friedrich Bhaer" camp.
Seriously, I can't stand to visit the Little Women section of the Pit. It's mostly made of up Jo/Laurie stories, and most of those are ones where Jo doesn't refuse Laurie's proposal of marriage or Friedrich passes away and Laurie is the only one who can help Jo heal even though he's married to Amy, etc. etc. etc. Poor Fritz is frequently put down by Laurie if he's lucky enough to be mentioned in fic at all. And the casting of Christian Bale as Laurie in the 1992 movie certainly didn't help matters.Even though Gabriel Byrne is much hotter...
