In light of all of the latest kerfluffle-llama-drama on LJ (and I'm not moving, either), there's only one piece of fallout from it that I can get behind.

Because if pedophilic material, fictional or non-fictional, goes against LJ's TOS, then pro-anorexic communities should be suspended under the same TOS. Encouraging others to starve themselves in the name of weight loss does not equal support in recovery.

I have obtained TMS Season 2 on DVD. Hopefully I'll have an update for my Scooter webpage ready to go by Richard's birthday.

I don't know why I always wait until around his birthday to update the site. Why can't I update it sooner?

Would that be off of Linda's "Christmas Stays The Same" CD? I think that's the only CD of hers (under her own name) that I do have.

I bought Season 2 the day it came out.......glad they kept all the episodes intact, but I do miss the "Muppet Morsels"...on the other hand, it was good to see the Muppet Valentine Special. Can't have everything, I guess.

Good times had by all. Hopefully Season 3 won't take so long, or as Beaker says, "Meep meep meepmeepmeep, meep meepmeep meep meepmeepmeepmeep, meepmeepmeepmeepmeep meep meep meepmeep!"

I never really used the "Muppet Morsels" feature on the Season 1 set, so I don't really miss it not being on season 2. Though I suppose maybe I should go back and re-watch season one with that function on, just in case I missed anything pertaining to Scooter that could be added to the site.

Well, I guess the reason Season 2 took so long was because Disney was getting all the rights to everything they needed to get rights to, so that the episodes wouldn't have cuts the way some episodes in the first season set had cuts. If they have to do the same with Seasons 3 - 5, I can stand the wait for quality episodes.

I think there is something on the Muppet Morsels about Scooter, mainly how Richard came up with his voice.

And I stand corrected on one other thing: my uncle may have looked like J.P. Grosse (he's since shaved the moustache), but he's a lot nicer.

You wouldn't happen to remember which episode that particular Morsel was in, would you? I'm guessing it's probably the Jim Nabors one, being the episode where Scooter was formally introduced and all.

I do believe it was the Jim Nabors episode. I might be wrong, but I'm 99.9999999% sure it was the Jim Nabors episode.

As for Season 2...I think my favorite Scooter moment (or at least one of them) was when he was soliciting magazine subscriptions during the Nancy Walker episode. Apparently he must've sold enough to get that skateboard, since it was prominent in the Anne Murray episode and it came with his action figure. :) (Although oddly enough, on my coffee table, that skateboard is occupied by Rizzo, who I put in the Swedish Chef's kitchen, trying to steal food.)

Yeah, signed that letter too. That's honestly ridiculous.

Christmas music: I have the oddest urge to put in Muppet Christmas Carol. And I so need to get A Green and Red Christmas this year.

I've signed the page, too. I can't believe that after all their deletions and things, that they still allow a community like that to exist at all. =(

Oh, and while we don't know each other very well, I'm not leaving either.
