That Interview Meme Goin' 'Round
1. What if the final goal, you're working towards, in your life?
To be a published author. Not a best-selling author; my head's not that high in the clouds. But someone who's published a couple books that people enjoy reading.
2. What fandom do you wish you could write for, but have never really tried yet, and the why not?
More than one fandom, actually. Um, LoTR because I don't believe I could ever do it justice (and because I'm intimidated by Miss Cam and the PPC!). Doctor Who, because all of the ideas I've had for that are all crossovers; nothing in just straight Who continuity. And it's driving me nuts.
3. What inspired you to join the Diaries Guild originally?
I got into creating Digimon OCs around the time the first episode with Michael aired in 02, around which time another Internet friend of mine created an International DD role-play mailing list that never really got anywhere. So when I read at the end of War Diaries entry 13 that Archive was looking for authors interested in writing for other teams, I decided to jump on that. Although I didn't get the team I initially wanted, everything worked out for the best.
4. If money were never an issue, what sort of things would you want to do?
I'd love to visit New York City, Broadway especially and see all of my favorite shows. A shopping spree in a bookstore or a comic book store (or a combination of the two :D) would also be sweet. I'd also like to go to Europe and visit England and Hungary.
5. For the various story ideas you've had, which one was the funnest to write, no matter how much actually got done?
Oh, geez. There have been so many ideas... Well, plotting out my Adventure alternate universe chapter by chapter was definitely fun. I'd have to say writing Being a Tamer, because I didn't even bother plotting that one. I just wrote it as it flowed, and it only took me over the course of a couple weeks or so to get it all down.
1: Money not being an issue, where would you like to live?
A townhouse in New York City or Chicago would be nice. I've also had this fantasy about one day buying and moving into the house I lived in until I was 9.
2: A TV studio has the right to every fandom you've ever written for and has offered to use one, and only one, of your fanfics as the basis for a TV special. Which one do you choose?
Hoo-boy. Tough decision. I think I'd have to pick Being a Tamer, because it showcases a third-tier character. And third-tier characters need all the good press that they can get :) Also because that fic holds a special little place in my heart.
3: You're given the chance to go back and change one, and only one, thing that ever directly happened to you in the past. What do you change?
This is probably a little broader than what you were wanting, but I'd go back and do something to prevent all of the teasing and bullying I was subjected to in elementary school.
4: The Diaries Guild is planning to all meet up in one place. Transportation, lodging, food, and all other such incidentals are not an issue for some reason. Do you go?
Hell yes!
5: One of your real-life friends stumbles upon your internet persona, the fanfiction and all that. This person does not know about this aspect of your life. How do you react?
*sighs* First off, no matter who it was, I'd freak out, because I'd be expecting questions akin to "why aren't you writing original stories?" After that, I don't know, except to say that something - either my fanfics and my Internet persona or my relationship with the person who found out - may get sacrificed if my friend doesn't understand.
Oke-doke, now here's how it works folks:
1. Leave me a comment saying, “Interview me.”
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will update your blog/site with the answers to the questions and leave the answers as comments on my blog.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

2. You have the chance to go back in time and change one single event in your life. Which event do you choose? Are there any repercussions, positive or negative?
3. What was the very first fandom you got into? What sucked you in?
4. The world is coming to an end, and you have been selected from a lottery to escape and travel to some other new, inhabitable planet. But you're the only one out of your family/group of friends/loved ones to be chosen. Do you go, or do you stay?
5. How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? *evil smirk*

You know, it's been SO long ago that I can't remember. I got out of it for a while when my life got WAYYY to complicated (ie depression sunk in BIG TIME!).
2. You have the chance to spend one day, an entire 24 hours, with the person of your choice. This person can be living or dead, but you can only choose one. Who do you spend the day with and why?
hmmm...toughie...either Johnny Depp or Jim Henson. Both are (imho) geniuses in their field. I grew up watching both of their works.
3. Why did you choose your current default icon as your default icon?
I found the tutorial for a larger image and when I made it, I fell in love with it.
4. A Broadway play/musical is being made of your life. What's the title?
*giggles* desperation eat your heart out. (don't ask...)
5. You and I only know each other through Cyn. What is your honest opinion of me?
I think you are a kind person whom I definitely want to try to get to know better.

3. There's been some sort of accident involving you and nuclear waste or radiation or something like that. As a result, you gain superpowers. What kind of powers do you get? How would you use them?
4. Why did you decide to create DiFWy?
5. If you could erase any one person from existance, who would it be and why? Would you be able to do it?
