The problem with having 144 userpics is that quite a few of them hardly ever get to see the light of day.
Of all the userpics I don't use, I'd have to say my favorite is my "Are you retarded?" Statler & Waldorf icon. It's one of the first userpics I ever uploaded when I first started on LJ, and one of the few to stick around through my seven+ years on the site. It's a very useful icon to have when dealing with trolls.
