By this time tomorrow evening I fully expect the SVU section of The Pit to be innundated with fics about how Kathy "really" died in the ambulance leaving Elliot to raise his children alone and lean on Olivia for support, culminating in Elliot and Olivia getting married and Olivia becoming the Stabler-baby's mommy.
